You can choose from hundreds of pre-defined triggers or build a custom one in just seconds.
How does Convo know what to respond?
Using custom built artificial intelligence, Convo can understand a question being asked in every way possible. From there, it will shoot out the appropriate response in <3 seconds.
Taking the first plan as an example, you'll pay the base price of $50/m + $0.040 for every text sent up to the max 1,000. If you go over your alloted 1,000, your plan will freeze until you upgrade appropriately.
What stats will I be able to receive?
From your dashboard, you can view the number of requests per trigger, accuracy rates, server uptime and any defers to agent.
What is a 'defer to agent'?
In the event that Convo does not know how to appropriately respond, it will text the customer a defer to a customer support email.
What do I have access to in the free trial?
With the free trial, you have access to all the features including a private 10-digit number. Once you reach the alloted 100 texts, your account will freeze. At that point, consider upgrading to our $50/m base plan.
